to call for an appointment. I would love to take walk ins,
but my busy schedule does not allow enough time. I do keep
a list of clients to call if there are any cancellations.

Cancellations
Due to the overwhelming demand for nail services,
many clients await their chance to book an appointment due
to cancellations. Therefore, I require a minimum of 24 hours
notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Clients who fail
to honor this policy will be charged 100% of the cost of all
services booked.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be required
to reschedule or your service may be cut short. Please call
if you are running late. If I still haven't heard from you
within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time, I will consider
you a "no show".
Please make sure you remember your appointment if you choose
to make one. I understand that emergencies do happen and if
you are unable to make it for any reason I would appreciate
it if you would give me a call ASAP! "No Shows"
will be charged 100% of the cost all services booked.
